Meet the Team
Kathy Colkitt NMLS# 73055 / MLS-4672
Branch Manager/MLO Advisor
Kathy Colkitt has served the Inland Northwest as a trusted mortgage loan originator for decades. Known for her compassionate approach and deep sense of advocacy, Kathy's guiding philosophy is simple: "If we can’t help our family, friends, and neighbors, why are we here?"
An advocate at heart, Kathy is a certified First Responder Chaplain Volunteer with the Cheney Police and Fire departments. She is trained in individual and group Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services and passionately supports local police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel.
Her passion for service is reflected in 12 years of sexual assault advocacy and four years as a crisis foster parent alongside her husband, providing care for children in need.
Kathy remains actively engaged in the community as a member of the United We Rescue board. She served as president and member of Kiwanis for over seven years and is currently a proud member of the Elks Lodge.
When she's not serving her community, Kathy enjoys spending time in nature, socializing with friends, and cherishing moments with her family. She is grateful for her wonderfully supportive husband and their two beautiful daughters.

Courtney has worked in the banking industry for nine years, serving hundreds of happy homeowners who rave about her communication and knowledge. As a licensed loan officer, she loves helping clients on the path to homeownership. When she’s not assisting clients on the job, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband Doug and their two dogs.
Melissa Coleman Shain
Marketing & Technology Director
As our marketing director, Melissa ensures Kathy’s team has a strong presence online and in the community. Born and raised in Spokane, she graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt with a Journalism degree and also holds a certificate in editing from the University of Washington. She is thrilled to be living on the beautiful Oregon Coast with her husband, dog, and two cats.
