Kathy Colkitt

Kathy has been serving the Inland Northwest for over 20 years as a mortgage loan originator. She is an advocate at heart and will do whatever is necessary to ensure the best lending process possible. Kathy enjoys spending time in nature, socializing with friends, and spending time with family. She has a wonderfully supportive husband and two beautiful daughters.
Kathy has completed the National Mortgage Exam and FBI background and credit checks. She is licensed in Washington, Idaho, Montana, California, Arizona, & Hawaii.
Courtney Anderson
Senior Loan Partner/Ops Manager

Courtney has worked in the banking industry for nine years, serving hundreds of happy homeowners who rave about her communication and knowledge. As a licensed loan officer, she loves helping clients on the path to homeownership. When she’s not assisting clients on the job, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband Doug and their two dogs.
Melissa Coleman Shain
Marketing & Technology Director
As our marketing director, Melissa ensures Kathy’s team has a strong presence online and in the community. Born and raised in Spokane, she graduated from Cal Poly Humboldt with a Journalism degree and also holds a certificate in editing from the University of Washington. She is thrilled to be living on the beautiful Oregon Coast with her husband, dog, and two cats.
